Privacy policy
How we process the data you leave us through the forms on this site, and the data collected by statistics and advertising tools, if you accept them. Last updated: October 2026.
Who the data controller is
Data controller: Pietro Dalla Torre, owner of the sole proprietorship Project Mantra, Via Zermanese 70, 31100 Treviso, Italy, VAT no. 05415930261, email ambro@project-mantra.com.
What data we collect
First of all, the data you enter in the site's three forms (Project Mantra, Mantra Productions, Mantra Social): name, company, email and your answers to the form questions, for example what your business does, what you need and your expected budget range. Your name and email are required so that we can reply to you; the other answers help us understand your request and can be skipped.
When a form is submitted, our system also records the date, the page you wrote from and the IP address of your connection, for security reasons and to prevent automated submissions.
Then, only if you accept through the cookie banner, the browsing data collected by the statistics and advertising tools described below (pages viewed, device and browser type, where you came from, a code that recognizes your browser). If you refuse, these tools do not run.
Why we use them
To reply to your request and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal for you. We do not use form data for anything else: no newsletters, no advertising, no disclosure to others. Cookie data helps us understand how the site is used (statistics) and, for marketing, to measure our campaigns and show you our ads on other sites.
On what legal basis
The basis is your request: replying to a message you sent us and preparing a proposal before any possible contract (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Recording the date and the address of your connection is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). For statistics and marketing cookies, the basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code), which you give through the banner and can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep them
We delete requests that lead nowhere within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep the data for the period required by law for contracts, invoices and accounting records. Cookies last at most 2 years (the exact durations are on the cookie page); we remember your choice in the banner for 6 months, then we ask you again.
Who we share them with
We do not give form data to anyone and we do not sell it. To run the site and receive messages, we rely on technical providers that process data only on our behalf: Hostinger, which hosts the site and forwards the form messages, and the service that manages our mailboxes. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union: in that case, the safeguards provided for by the GDPR apply.
Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or receive it in a readable format, and you can object to its use. Write to ambro@project-mantra.com and we will reply within one month. If you believe your data is being processed improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies, statistics and advertising
The site always uses the necessary technical cookies (one remembers your choice in the banner, the other is set by Hostinger to protect the site from automated access). Everything else runs only with your consent, which we ask for through a banner where “Accept all” and “Reject all” carry equal weight. If you close the banner with the X, it counts as a refusal.
Statistics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, to understand how the site is used, in aggregate form.
Advertising. With your consent we use Google Ads (Google LLC) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure our campaigns and show you our ads on other sites and social networks. For these activities, Google and Meta receive some browsing data from your browser and may also use it for their own purposes, according to their privacy policies (Google, Meta).
Data outside the European Union. Google LLC is based in the United States, and Meta Platforms Ireland may transfer data to its US parent company. The transfer relies on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR: the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (July 10, 2023) and, where needed, the standard contractual clauses.
How to change your mind. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page or from the cookie page. Withdrawal does not erase what was already collected before, but from that moment the tools stop and their cookies are deleted. The full list of cookies, with their duration and purpose, is on the cookie page.
